So, for anyone who doesn't know me all that well, I absolutely hate mashed potatoes. I'm talking the super creamy, yet grainy at the same time kind. I'm a lumpy "smashed" potato kind of girl. So needless to say when Nate AND Hunter said that they wanted mashed potatoes, I had to suck it up and make them. Except, I left the skins on for that extra bit of texture that apparently is what I've been missing.
